Ruched

This is a simple channelled heading that feeds over your pole, normally the channel is dropped an inch or so from the top of the curtain to form a soft gathered pleat line above the pole.

Used for dress curtains primarily, as the tight ruche is made to the diameter of your pole, this is not really a functional heading.

Works to double or 2.5 times the fullness.
