Cotton fibre is most often spun into thread and used to make a soft, breathable. This base cloth is most practical and versatile for printing on. There are different grades and finishes to printed cottons, 60sq refers to the number of threads per area, a lightweight cotton.

Cotton sateen has a very subtle sheen to the face side and is a heavier cloth, and a cotton, panama has a slight textured raised surface.

Prints are very versatile and used for curtains, cushions, bedding, and blinds etc.
