Pinch Pleat

Also known as triple pleat or french pleat this heading can be created using a tape product or formed by hand using a buckram stiffener.

Three pleats sit adjacent to each other followed by a 4” (approx) space between pinches.

Normally the buckram or tape is 4” or 6” deep, depending on your overall finished drop. This effect normally works to 2.5 times the fullness.
